How do I buy a book or eBook?

We invite you first of all to take a look at the various collections, topics, or authors of our books and eBooks, or to search for a key word. To purchase the books you are interested in, follow these simple steps:

• add the books to your shopping cart by clicking on the order button
• use your email address and a password for authentication
• if you don’t yet have an account, create one while you are shopping by following the instructions provided on the website
• once the authentication process is finished, you can complete your order.

How do I pay ?

• All orders must be made on our website.
• Payments are made at check-out by credit card via the secure payment system Paybox.
• The customer is responsible for any customs or clearance fees.
• For more information on payment, please refer to the information on the webpage concerning online payment.

How will the books be delivered?

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your order and the amount paid via our secure payment system. The delivery methods vary depending on the format of the book and the destination:

• for electronic books, you will receive a second email describing how to download your purchased book(s).
• pfor shipment within Switzerland, the delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours.
• for shipment outside of Switzerland, our packages are delivered against signature by Aramex, within 24 to 48 hours. If no one is available to sign for the package, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.

How do I manage my invoices ?

All of your invoices can be accessed via our website. Simply log in to your account and then:

• click on the “My Account” tab (top right).
• the “Orders” tab contains a list of all the books you have purchased on our website. If you click on one, you will see the detail of that order.
• if you click the “Print” button, a PDF version of the invoice will be generated and loaded onto your computer.
